Since 1998, the bank's shares have been established in the FinAx holding company, along with those of Delen Private Bank, the largest independent asset managers in Belgium. Thanks to close cooperation, Bank J.Van Breda & C° also offers its clients the professional services of this renowned bank.

Ackermans & van Haaren, the reference shareholder, now owns 78.75% of the shares. Promofi holds 21.25% of the capital.
