Bankhaus Lampe has been established from Hermann Lampe in 1852 and ranks among the leading and few independent, owner-run private banks in Germany. In 1949 the bank was converted from a general to a limited partnership and the industrialist Rudolf-August Oetker became the majority partner and later a personally liable partner.

The Bank is owned by the Oetker family, and part of the Oetker Group, a diversified industri-al Group in different business fields with 400 firms worldwide and more than 100 years of history.

Bankhaus Lampe KG currently has 675 employees with Group total assets above €2.6 billion, net income of €23 million and a core capital ratio above 15%.

In Germany, in addition to the headquarters in Bielefeld, the bank operates branches in Berlin, Bielefeld, Bonn, Bremen, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Munich, Münster, Osnabrück and Stuttgart. Austria / Vienna

The Dale Investment Advisors GmbH subsidiary in Vienna completes the range of asset management services to wealthy private clients with investment models in the segment of absolute return funds. It has been successfully managing large assets of Austrian families and institutions since 1997.

United Kingdom / London

Lampe Capital UK (Services) Ltd. provides services to institutional clients in the UK. To-gether with specialists at Bankhaus Lampe, the company advises institutional investors on the selection and allocation of German equities.

New York, USA

Bankhaus Lampe will soon have a presence in North America with its subsidiary Lampe Capital North America LLC. Bankhaus Lampe has been building this presence in New York by way of a chaperone agreement since October 2013. Advisory services there will con-tinue to be offered to institutional investors only. Approval from the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is expected shortly.
